Job Description
- Conduct anti-drug operations, surveillance and intelligence gathering against illegal drug personalities
- Prepare case build-up, investigation reports, and affidavits for filing of appropriate charges
- Coordinate with PNP, NBI, AFP and other law enforcement agencies in joint operations
- Testify in court as expert witness and ensure chain of custody of evidence
- Lead and supervise lower-level investigation agents during buy-bust and search warrant operations
- Ensure compliance with RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act) and human rights protocols
- Perform supervisory functions in line with CSC Leadership and Management standards for SG-24
Qualification Standards
- Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in law enforcement / investigation
- Training: 24 hours of relevant training in leadership, management, investigation or law enforcement
- Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
