Education
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized educational institution. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Eligibility
Police Superintendent Eligibility, PO 2nd Class, RA 1080, RA 6506, PD 907, Career Service Professional, CSC Police Officer Examination (July 1998 onwards)
Training
Public Safety Officer Advance Course (OAC), Intelligence Officer Advance Course, Police Intelligence Officer Advance Course, Naval Command and Staff Course, Marine Officer Advance Course, Squadron Officer Course, Infantry Officer Advance Course
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience as Police Major

- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025, including Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized photograph
- Performance Rating from the last rating period (if applicable)
